Fundraising Structure

Daossui introduces two distinct DAO Fund models to cater to projects of different scales:

BIG DAO

  • Designed for Partners, Tier 1 Funds, VCs, and Incubated Projects.

  • Fundraising Cap: Unlimited.

  • DAO Creation Fee: No fee (requires Daossui verification).

  • LP Allocation: 200M tokens paired with 0.2A $DAOS for liquidity, while 0.8A $DAOS is reserved for fund operations.

MINI DAO

  • Open to all verified creators with basic verification.

  • Fundraising Cap: 10,000 $SUI or 20M $DAOS.

  • DAO Creation Fee: 30,000 $DAOS.

  • LP Allocation: 200M tokens paired with 0.2A $DAOS for liquidity, while 0.8A $DAOS is reserved for fund operations.
